Private & Semi-Private Baby and Bridal Package Pricing

These packages are designed as cost-effective alternatives to our private indoor Vineyard Courtyard. The use of the Tuscany Ballroom in option #1-#3 allows up to 3 smaller events to take place at the same time within the 6500 square foot ballroom. However, each event takes place in a specific section of the ballroom. Bathrooms are shared with other events that might be taking place at the same time. Option #4 allows for the sole use of the ballroom in a specific section, but still allows shared bathroom access with any event taking place in the Courtyard.

Package Includes

  • A SEMIPRIVATE Three (3) Hour Gathering in one of the following areas for up to the stated number of Guests, may be booked up to 90 days in advance.
  • Use of either the indoor shared Tuscany Ballroom within a given quadrant or one of the exterior event spaces.
  • 60″ Round Tables with Floor Length White Linen, Table Overlay, Centerpieces and 10 Chairs per table.
  • 72″ long Buffet, Hors D’oeuvres and/or Head Tables with Skirted White Linen.
  • Access to the facility area one (1) hour prior to start time.
  • You may bring in your own party favors, cake, food, dinnerware and desserts.
  • Venue provides the roll top chaffing dishes (Client must bring in their own Sterno to heat the chaffing dishes)
  • Includes: Soft Drinks – Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Water & Coffee
  • Background music in The Tuscany Ballroom will be chosen & provided by the Venue. (No Client provided music is permitted.)

  • “Alcohol for Purchase” bar with Beer & Wine for $300.00 and get 50 Alcohol Vouchers to give to your guests!
  • “Alcohol for Purchase” bar with Beer, Wine & Mixed Drinks for $400.00 and get 50 Alcohol Vouchers to give to your guests!
  • Vouchers are good for one free alcoholic drink. (Excludes Top Shelf) Additional Vouchers available. Guests may then purchase additional alcoholic drinks at the bar with debit or credit cards only during the time that the alcohol is being served. (No Discounts apply to Alcohol Options.)
  • One Additional Hour with event starting at 10am or ending at 3 pm: $349.00

  • Special Photo & Video Package providing up to 3 hours of Raw Video Footage on a Flash Drive and ALL your photos downloadable from our website: $999.00. (Just Photography OR Just Videography is $499.00 each.)
  • Color Chair Bows $1.00 each. (Both available in 30 colors)
  • Additional Tables with up to 10 chairs, centerpiece and the Overlay can be added for $99.00 each.
