Our spacious Vineyard Courtyard allows for up to 100 guests seated at up to 10 – 60″ round tables.
Packages include table overlays, centerpieces and non-alcoholic beverages!
Entertain your guests in approximately 3500 ft.² of private event space!
Chaffing dishes for your food presentation are included. You simply bring in the sterno, food and dinnerware!
Choose from many options for centerpieces and table overlays.
Add custom decorations to your party from the outside vendor of your choice.

Magical Facility:

International Event Venue offers complete and affordable packages for hosting your Baby Shower in an amazing atmosphere!  Our unique facility is like renting a movie sound stage, complete with props and decor. Don’t just settle for a few hundred square feet of event space when you can entertain your friends in 3,000 – 4,000 sq. ft. of decorated party space. Our large event areas are great for allowing you to socialize with your friends, play games, serve lunch and open gifts.

Bookings within 30 days of the event date require payment in full when booking. Dates more than 30 in advance can be secured with a 50% Deposit, balance due 30 days prior to the Event Date. If you Pay In Full when Booking more than 30 days prior to the event date, you get a 10% discount. We do NOT charge gratuities or service fees, just add sales tax. Packages may be booked up to 90 days in advance of the event date.

• A PRIVATE Three (3) Hour Gathering in the Tuscany Indoor Courtyard for up to the stated number of Guests, may be booked up to 90 days in advance and includes the following:

• Use of over 3,000 sqft of Private Event Space in our Vineyard Courtyard!

Guest Table Linens and Decor – 60″ Round Tables with Floor Length White Linen, Table Overlay in your choice of color, Centerpieces and 10 Gold Chiavari Chairs per table.

• Buffet Table Linens – Up to three (3) 72″ long Buffet, Hors D’oeuvres and/or Head Tables with Skirted White Linen.

• Prep Time – Access to the facility one (1) hour prior to start time.

Non-Alcoholic Beverages – Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Water, Coffee & PowerAde.

Party favors, cake, food, dinnerware and desserts are not included and must be provided by you. (Catering Quotes may be provided if needed)

Liquor Package Options:

Alcohol for Purchase” bar option for $300.00 for beer and wine only and get 50 Alcohol Vouchers to give to your guests! Upgrade to include mixed drinks for an additional $100.00. Voucher is good for one free alcoholic drink. Additional Vouchers are available. (No Discounts offered on Alcoholic Packages)

Our Tuscany Ballroom provides 3 sections to choose from for Semi-Private Events!
Tuscany Ballroom Semi-Private Party using Option #4 which provides use of Section #3 and the entire stage. This is considered a semi-private event to allow access to the bathrooms from the Courtyard event, however Option #4 gives the client exclusive use of the tables in the Tuscany Ballroom with no other event taking place in that area at the same time.
This is an example of stage decorations set up by a third party supplier, Option #4 allows use of the entire stage while other options allow use of only a part of the stage.

Tuscany Ballroom Semi-Private Baby Shower & Bridal Shower Packages:

These Packages are designed as cost-effective alternatives to our private indoor Vineyard Courtyard. The use of The Tuscany Ballroom in option #1- #3 allows up to 3 smaller events to take place at the same time within the 6500 square foot ballroom. However, each event takes place in a specific section of the ballroom. Bathrooms are shared with other events that might be taking place at the same time. Option #4 allows for the sole use of the ballroom in a specific section, but still allows shared bathroom access with any event taking place in the Courtyard.

A Semi-Private Three Hour Gathering in one of the following areas for up to stated number of Guests and is only available on select dates based on current bookings. Ask our sales associate for current available date options for these packages.

These packages may be booked up to 90 days in advance and includes the following:

  • Use of either the indoor shared Tuscany Ballroom within t a given section OR one of the exterior event spaces.
  • 60″ Round Tables with Floor Length Linens, Table Overlay, Centerpieces, and 10 Gold Chiavari Chairs per Table.
  • 72″ Long Tables as needed for Buffet, Gift Table, Etc.
  • Access to the facility One Hour prior to the event start time.
  • You can bring in your own party favors, cake, food, dinnerware and desserts.
  • Venue provides roll top chaffing dishes. (Client must bring their own sterno to heat the chaffers)
  • Includes: Soft Drinks, Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke, Water & Coffee
  • Background music in the Tuscany Ballroom will be chosen & provided by the Venue. (No Client provided music is permitted.)
