Courtyard Package Pricing for Saturday & Sunday Afternoons:
Up to 50 Guests: $1299.00
Up to 100 Guests: $1599.00
Bookings within 30 days of the event date require payment in full when booking. Dates more than 30 in advance can be secured with a 50% Deposit, balance due 30 days prior to the Event Date. If you Pay In Full when Booking more than 30 days prior to the event date, you get a 10% discount. We do NOT charge gratuities or service fees, just add sales tax.
A PRIVATE Three (3) Hour Gathering in the Tuscany Indoor Courtyard for up to the stated number of Guests, may be booked up to 90 days in advance and includes the following:
• Use of over 3,000 sqft of Event Space in our Vineyard Courtyard!
• 60″ Round Tables with Floor Length White Linen, Table Overlay, Centerpieces and 10 Gold Chiavari Chairs per table.
• Up to three (3) 72″ long Buffet, Hors D’oeuvres and/or Head Tables with Skirted White Linen.
• Access to the facility one (1) hour prior to start time.
• You may bring in your own favors, cake, food, dinnerware and desserts. (Catering Quoted based on the menu desired.)
• You can add an “Alcohol for Purchase” bar option for $250.00 and get 50 Alcohol Vouchers to give to your guests when offering Beer & Wine! Mixed drinks can be added to the selection for an additional $100.00.
Voucher is good for one free alcoholic drink. Includes Beer, Wine or Mixed Drinks. Additional Vouchers available. (No Discounts.)

• Color Chair Bows $1.00 each (Both available in 30 colors)
• Additional Tables with up to 10 chairs, centerpiece and the Overlay can be added for $99.00 each. (Maximum 10 tables in the courtyard)

We offer over 10,000 square feet of event space on a private 3.5 acre property located near Tampa International Airport. Our Tuscany Ballroom can seat up to 400 guests at tables. We also have a indoor Courtyard for ceremonies and smaller parties.
