International Event Venue offers complete and affordable packages for hosting your Graduation in a PRIVATE atmosphere! Our unique facility is like renting a movie sound stage, complete with props and décor. Don’t just settle for a few hundred square feet of event space when you can entertain your friends in 3,000 – 4,000 sq. ft. of decorated party space. Choose from the Indoor Vineyard Courtyard which can host up to 100 guests seated at 60″ round tables or our Tuscany Ballroom which can seat up to 400 guests!

Our packages offer several levels of menus and feature all the popular food presentations. The food is provided by several carefully chosen Catering Companies that have serviced our facilities for many years. Each event is provided a taste testing to make sure you like the food items you have chosen for you event. The Caterer prepares your food to your specifications. They provide all the dinnerware for the reception. The Caterer will also pour your toast and cut the cake as part of the services provided within your package.

Included in our complete packages that offer food is an open non-alcoholic beverage bar. This bar comes with Coca-Cola Products, Power-aides, Coffee and Zephyrhills Water. We include a Alcohol for Purchase Bar allowing your guests to purchase their alcoholic beverages or you can choose to underwrite some or all of their drinks using an Open Bar Option or individual drink vouchers.

Event Factory photographers are in-house staff and have photographed thousands of events over the years using the latest in digital technology. They are well trained for both on and off-site work. They create the photo collections presented to the host and participate in the layout and creation of the photo albums. The deluxe photo albums that are included in many of our packages are printed, laminated and assembled right in our facility. Samples of the albums can be found on our website and are on display in our facilities.

Event Factory Video is also recorded by in-house staff. We use two (2) video cameras on most events to provide many hours of raw footage. In fact, an average five to six hour event will receive 6-8 hours of raw footage Downloadable from our website. Events are filmed from various angles and we have created special crows nests within our facility for capturing the best shots during your event. Our deluxe packages include an Edited Video which is also Downloadable from our website and comes complete with special effect transitions and titling

Our in-house Disc Jockeys will play your music selections using our state of the art sound system. They also operated the giant video screens, club level lighting and special effects. You will communicate with them prior to your event to convey the music and program details.

Time Blocks & Minimums for Weekends
Saturday & Sunday Time Blocks are as follows: Daytime events must end by 3pm and Evening events must start at 6pm or later.
The following minimum rental fees apply to Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights when booked more than 12 months in advance:
Friday Night Minimum is $12,999
Saturday Night Minimum is $14,999
Sunday Night Minimum is $9,999
The following minimum rental fees apply to Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights when booked 6-12 months in advance:
Friday Night Minimum is $9,999
Saturday Night Minimum is $14,999
Sunday Night Minimum is $6,999
Minimum Rental Fees may be waived when booking within 6 months of event date.
