Do you host both quinceañeras and Sweet 16s?
Yes. International Event Venue hosts both quinceañeras and Sweet 16 celebrations in Tampa. Bring your ideas for the entrance, music, colors and meaningful family moments to your tour.
What is included in an all-inclusive package?
The five main package levels combine event space, catering, DJ services, décor, soft drinks and event coordination. Photography, video, keepsakes and special effects vary by level. Courtyard use depends on your selection. The package pages list the complete details.
Can we include a blessing before the reception?
Discuss adding the indoor Vineyard Courtyard for a blessing or other pre-reception gathering. Space availability, timing and your selected package determine the arrangements.
Is a rehearsal included?
The main package pages list a two-hour rehearsal for quinces. Confirm the applicable rehearsal length and scheduling for your event; Sweet 16 arrangements should be confirmed separately. Additional multi-week rehearsal packages are also offered.
What determines the price of our celebration?
Your package, guest count, event space, date, payment plan and selected enhancements determine the total. Taxes and applicable date or room minimums must be included in your final review. Compare the published package tables and request an exact quote.
Can we bring our own food?
The Cinderella Package is the outside-food option. Food is not included in that package. Review its full terms and service inclusions with the venue before making catering arrangements.
