  • The Tuscany Ballroom (max capacity of 400) or the Royal Ballroom (max capacity of 120)
  • Use of the Vineyard Courtyard , if added, for up to two hours, perfect for ceremonies, blessings, or cocktail hours
  • Four hours of event time, plus access an hour and a half before to use the dressing rooms and set up additional decorations
  • Cleanup is included – once your party is over, all you have to worry about is taking home any gifts, we’ll take care of the rest
  • Parking lot security and attendants at the entrance greet your guests and ensure that the guests arriving are the guests you invited
  • For your grand entrance, the Tuscany Ballroom features our Cinderella Carriage and the Royal Ballroom features our Grand Staircase
Catering
  • One entree meal served with two sides, two appetizers, salad, and bread
  • China plates, silverware, linen napkins, crystal water goblets, toasting flutes
  • Catering service personnel to serve the appetizers, toast, dinner, and cake

Sources, pricing method & assumptions

Package prices and inclusions were checked against all five individual IEV package pages on October 2, 2026. When the old comparison chart differs, this page follows the individual package page.

Outside-vendor figures are editable planning allowances informed by local price references, not a statistical Tampa market average or a vendor quote. Scope, date and quality vary. All totals are before sales tax; service fees, gratuities, delivery and other vendor extras are excluded unless you enter them.

Each outside-vendor line is an illustrative budget for the selected guest count and package. Local publications provide reference points; they do not verify the entire allowance range. Décor, rentals, staffing, media products, venue rental and specialist services require custom quotes. Default allowances use approximate scope matches, not a promise of identical vendor quality, raw-file rights or deliverables.

The initial low/high range is the allowance total ±20%; this is a budgeting sensitivity range, not an observed market distribution. Once you enter a quote, its value is fixed in the range. Guests are counted at a minimum of 50. For 50 and 100 guests the calculator uses the published payment-plan table; other counts extend the published additional-guest rate and discount schedule. Minimum shortfalls are shown separately, not silently charged as extra package services.

Venue budgets include ordinary tables/chairs, setup, breakdown, dressing-room access and rehearsal access. The rentals row covers linens, overlays, china, silverware, napkins, goblets and flutes. Décor covers reusable centerpiece and backdrop equivalents, not a full fresh-floral commission. Catering includes food and meal-service personnel. Bar service includes soft drinks and bartending; only Titanium includes hosted alcohol. Video is raw coverage for Gold and a single edited-video budget for Platinum/Titanium. A separate cleanup fee is not added on top of a venue budget that already covers it. Carriage/staircase access is represented by the venue setting, not by hiring a vehicle. No photography is counted for Bronze; no video or albums for Silver.

    Published reference: $800 for 4 hours; $995 for a 5-hour package with ceremony sound. Our allowance also budgets for event duration and media support.

  • Modern Era Weddings · Tampa entertainment

    Published starting point around $2,500 illustrates how entertainment production scope can change the quote. This is not added on top of another DJ quote.

  • Tampa Visuals · photo and video pricing

    Checked October 2: 4-hour photography $1,095; premium photography $1,795; videography from $400/hour. Album, print and raw-file rights must be confirmed separately.

  • Event Heroes of Tampa Bay · video packages

    Published edited-video references: $1,500 for 4 hours and $2,100 for 7 hours. Gold’s raw-video allowance and Platinum/Titanium’s edited-video allowance replace one another; they are never both counted.

    Premium/super-premium products: $17.50–$20 per guest, plus staffing, equipment and other charges. Bartender-only reference $375 for up to 75 guests. Full bar service and product costs are budgeted together.

    Published low-fog enhancement: $450. Cold-spark pricing needs a custom quote. Our combined-effects row is an allowance, not this vendor’s package price.

    Confirms the separate-vendor model; current rental pricing is quote-only. The calculator’s venue budget is an allowance, not a quoted Garden Club rate.
