Private Courtyard Package for Business Meetings & Seminars

Package Includes
Seating up to 200 with theater style seating OR up to 10 – 60″ round tables seating up to 100 guests.

A PRIVATE Three (3) Hour Gathering in the Tuscany Indoor Courtyard for up to the stated number of Guests, may be booked up to 90 days in advance and includes the following:

• Use of over 2500 sq. ft. of Event Space!

• 60″ Round Tables with Floor Length White Linen, Table Overlay, Centerpieces and 10 Gold Chiavari Chairs per table.

• Up to three (3) 72″ long Buffet, Hors D’oeuvres and/or Head Tables with Skirted White Linen.

• Access to the facility one (1) hour prior to start time.

• You may bring in your own party favors, cake, food, dinnerware and desserts. (Catering Quoted based on the menu desired.)

• Includes: Soft Drinks – Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Water, & PowerAde.  (Coffee with Baby & Bridal Showers only)

• You can add an “Alcohol for Purchase” bar option for $350.00 and get 50 Alcohol Vouchers to give to your guests for Beer and Wine! You can add mixed drinks for $100.00 more.

  Voucher is good for one free alcoholic drink. Includes Beer, Wine or Mixed Drinks. Additional Vouchers available.  (No Discounts.)

Additional Tables with up to 10 chairs, centerpiece and the Overlay can be added for $200.00 each.

Facility Only and Package Upgrades are available to include the Tuscany Ballroom with seating for up to 400 Guests OR Royal Ballroom with seating for up to 120 guests at tables and 200 theater style. Multiple packages are available for meetings, luncheons and parties!

Bronze Level 1 Package for Business Meetings & Seminars

Package Includes

  • The Tuscany Ballroom OR The Royal Ballroom, The Indoor Vineyard Courtyard & 4 Hours of Event Time

(Maximum Guests =400 seated at tables in Tuscany Ballroom and 120 at tables in The Royal Ballroom.)

  • Use of Dressing Rooms up to 90 minutes prior to the event start time and through the end of the event.
  • One (1) hour rehearsal prior to event day.
  • White Floor Length Linens for Guest tables, Buffet tables & Head tables, plus, Chiavari Chairs, Table Overlays & Centerpieces!
  • Buffet presentation for up to the stated number of guests with CHINA, and your choice of food from the menu below, plus Service Personnel.
  • Unlimited Soft Beverage Package served from a bar & including Soda, Powerade, Water & Coffee
  • Includes an “Alcohol for Purchase” bar option featuring Beer, Wine & Mixed Drinks. (Client can opt out if desired.)

This package cannot be booked on Saturday nights unless the Saturday night Minimum. All other time blocks may be booked except Holidays and prime Friday nights during December. Saturday night minimum for last minute bookings may be waived when booked within four (4) months of the event date. Four Hour Package for up to the stated number of guests.
