Cinderella Package

Our Cinderella Package is designed to offer an affordable package for events with a larger guest count. It includes the Facility (both Indoor Courtyard and Ballroom), Tables with Linen and Overlays, Service Personnel to handle the food you bring, China, Dinnerware, Amazing Room Décor and the Disc Jockey to operate our Club level Sound, Lighting & Video Projection equipment.

Time Blocks: Six (6) Hour Packages: 10am – 4pm or 6pm – 12am

Package Includes

  • Use of the Ballroom for the reception and the pre-function space associated with that ballroom.
  • One (1) hour of rehearsal time on a scheduled day. (Usually Thursday Nights)
  • Chiavari Chairs in the Ballroom area set up 10 per 60″ round table.
  • White Floor Length Table Linens with Overlays in the available color of your choice.
  • Table Centerpieces – Choose from several styles.
  • Up to 4 – 6′ Banquet tables for your head table and for your buffet table, and up to 6 chaffing dishes.
  • Use of the Catering Preparation Zone & Dressing Rooms.
  • Use of Tuscany Indoor Courtyard for a ceremony for up to 2 hours during the time block chosen.
  • Catering Personnel to serve the food that you bring in for the event. (This package does NOT include food or beverages.)
  • China, Silverware, Water Goblet, Toasting Flute and Linen Napkin (Napkin is in the color of your choice.)
  • Disc Jockey to play your music selections, operate our Club Level Sound, Lighting & Video Projection systems.
  • Unlimited Soft Beverage Package served from a bar & including Soda, Powerade, Water & Coffee
  • Includes an “Alcohol for Purchase” bar option featuring Beer, Wine & Mixed Drinks. (Client can opt out if desired.)


The following chart lists the number of guests included in the package, List price which would be paid if you are doing a payment plan without automatic monthly payments on a credit card on file and the available discounts.
10% Off – Auto-payment plan w/$500.00 deposit and monthly payments up until 30 days before the event date.
15% Off – Payment in Full when booking for a Saturday Night Event.
20% Off – Payment in Full when booking a Non-Saturday Night Event.

    These Packages can have additional services added to meet the Weekend Night minimums. Minimums are sometimes waived for
    events booked within 6 months of the event date. This Package does NOT include food. You can bring the food from whatever source
    you choose.

  • Photography may be added to this package with all digital photos available for downloading from website: Price $1499.00
  • Videography may be added to this package and provides 4-6 hours of raw footage, from 2 cameras, Free online download: Price $1499.00
  • Additional Event Hours may be added to this package. Price $999.00 per hour.
  • Additional Guests may be added at a cost of $40.00 each.
