The Tuscany Ballroom OR The Royal Ballroom and The Indoor Vineyard Courtyard combinations are available.
Days Available: Non-Saturday Nights (Unless Saturday night minimum is reached by adding guests and services.)
Time Block: Six (6) Hours Packages: 8am/9am – 2pm/3pm or 5pm/6pm/7pm – 11pm/12am/1am
Facility Only Rental Pricing Packages Includes
- Facility for up to 100 Guests Includes:
- Use of the Ballroom & Indoor Courtyard areas with standard décor during either time slot.
- One (1) hour of rehearsal time on a scheduled day. (Usually Wednesday or Thursday Nights)
- Up to 100 Chiavari Chairs in the ballroom & up to 10 – 60″ round tables in the ballroom.
- White Floor Length Table Linens with White Banquet Table Linen & Skirting for up to 4 – 72″ long tables.
- Table Overlays & Centerpieces – Choose from over 20 colors of overlays.
- Up to 4 – 8′ Banquet tables for your head table and for your buffet table.
- Use of the Catering Preparation Zone & Dressing Rooms.
- Use of The Vineyard Indoor Courtyard for ceremony, Blessing or Appetizers. (First 2 Hours of Event Time ONLY)
- Additional tables and accessories are available at an additional cost.
- Additional tables of 10 guests can be added to this package for $200.00 per table & includes the Linen, Chiavari Chair & Centerpieces
