Choose you centerpieces and table overlays. Non alcoholic beverages are included in the base packages. Alcohol options can be added. If you add our DJ Package, they can operate our video projection system that includes a drop down screen in the center of the Arbor Stage. This allow you to show photos or video during the event.
Courtyard Package Pricing for Saturday & Sunday Afternoons:
Up to 50 Guests: $1999.00
Up to 100 Guests: $2499.00
Bookings within 30 days of the event date require payment in full when booking. Dates more than 30 in advance can be secured with a 50% Deposit, balance due 30 days prior to the Event Date. If you Pay In Full when Booking more than 30 days prior to the event date, you get a 10% discount. We do NOT charge gratuities or service fees, just add sales tax.
Package Includes:
A PRIVATE Three (3) Hour Gathering in the Tuscany Indoor Courtyard for up to the stated number of Guests, may be booked up to 90 days in advance and includes the following:
• Use of over 2500 sq. ft. of Event Space in our Vineyard Courtyard!
• 60″ Round Tables with Floor Length White Linen, Table Overlay, Centerpieces and 10 Gold Chiavari Chairs per table.
• Up to three (3) 72″ long Buffet, Hors D’oeuvres and/or Head Tables with Skirted White Linen.
• Access to the facility one (1) hour prior to start time.
• You may bring in your own favors, cake, food, dinnerware and desserts. (Catering Quoted based on the menu desired.)
• Includes: Soft Drinks – Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Water, & PowerAde.
• You can add an “Alcohol for Purchase” bar option for $350.00 and get 50 Alcohol Vouchers to give to your guests when offering Beer & Wine! Mixed drinks can be added to the selection for an additional $100.00.
Voucher is good for one free alcoholic drink. Includes Beer, Wine or Mixed Drinks. Additional Vouchers available. (No Discounts.)

• Special Photo & Video Package providing up to 3 hours of Raw Video Footage on a Flash Drive and ALL your photos down loadable from our web- site: $1999.00. (Just Photography OR Just Videography is $999.00 each.)
• Color Chair Bows $2.50 each (Both available in 30 colors)
• Additional Tables with up to 10 chairs, centerpiece and the Overlay can be added for $200.00 each. (Maximum 10 tables in the courtyard)
Special Royal Mini Package for Showers and Children’s Birthdays
Package is for 4 Hours and Includes ALL the services listed below:
Up to 100 Guests in the Tuscany Indoor Courtyard areas.
• Saturday or Sunday Afternoons from 10am-2pm or Friday (Up to 90 days prior to event date)
• Disc Jockey Services with sound system for 4 Hours.
• Special photo & video package providing up to 2 hours of Raw Video Footage and ALL your photos are down loadable from our website for FREE.
• This package includes table overlays in your choice of colors.
Special Package Price: $4,999.00 in the Indoor Courtyard
(Upgrade to the Tuscany Ballroom OR Royal Ballroom for an additional $1000.00)
Booking & Payment Options for the above Packages:
These packages require either a 50% deposit when booking with the balance due 30 days prior to the event date OR Payment in full when booking. A 10% discount will apply to events booked more than 30 days prior to the event date. See our Terms & Conditions section for Cancellation Policy and Rental Conditions. These packages are NOT available on holidays and peak event weekends. Pricing does not include sales tax. Packages can be booked up to 90 days in advance of the event date.
