The Level Four Platinum Package includes deluxe photo albums designed custom for you by our in-house layout specialist!

Descriptions & Differences vs. the Level 3 Gold Package:

The Level Four Platinum Package is the ultimate premium offering, perfect for weddings, quinces, and more. This all-inclusive package includes our stunning venue, catering with expanded entrée options, DJ, photography, videography, bartending, decorations, event coordination, and more. Compared to the Level Three Gold Package, the Platinum Package takes everything to the next level with additional photo albums, a pre-event photoshoot, a slideshow, party favor pictures for guests, an edited video, sparkle fountains, low-lying fog, an expanded menu, and chair bows for décor, ensuring every detail is flawless.

Package Includes:

  • Venue:
    • The Tuscany Ballroom (max capacity of 400) or the Royal Ballroom (max capacity of 120)
    • Use of the Vineyard Courtyard for up to two hours, perfect for ceremonies, blessings, or cocktail hours
    • Six hours of event time, plus access an hour and a half before to use the dressing rooms and set up additional decorations
    • Cleanup is included – once your party is over, all you have to worry about is taking home any gifts, we’ll take care of the rest
    • Parking lot security and attendants at the entrance greet your guests and ensure that the guests arriving are the guests you invited
    • For your grand entrance, the Tuscany Ballroom features our Cinderella Carriage and the Royal Ballroom features our Grand Staircase
  • Catering:
    • Two entree meal from our Royal Menu, served with two sides, two appetizers, salad, and bread
    • One entree being an Upgraded Entree, e.g., chicken cordon bleu, shrimp scampi, etc.
    • Each guest receives both entrees, ensuring a hearty meal
    • The Royal Menu features additional menu options, such as roast beef and fish
    • China plates, silverware, linen napkins, crystal water goblets, toasting flutes
    • Catering service personnel to serve the appetizers, toast, dinner, and cake
  • Disc Jockey:
    • State-of-the-art sound system for crystal-clear audio
    • Cold spark indoor sparkle fountain special effect system
    • Low Lying Fog during introductions and special dances
    • Play your choice of clean songs, with announcements and microphone control for speeches
    • Display slideshows and media on high-quality video projection screens
  • Photography:
    • Over 200 high-quality images from a skilled photographer
    • Two Deluxe 11″ x 14″ photo albums with 15 double sided pages, or one Deluxe 11″ x 14″ photo album and two 10″ x 10″ photo albums
    • May choose from photo album options which are exclusive to the Level 4
    • Pre-event photoshoot at our venue
    • Multiple photography products: a signable matte, metallic or canvas wall art, and 4″ x 6″ acrylic frames at each table
    • Slideshow with up to 75 pictures set to the music of your choice
    • Party Favor Pictures, our photography team will capture a photo of guests upon arrival, print it in a custom 8″ x 10″ template, and give them a copy before they leave
    • Free downloads with full copyright and no watermarks
    • Digital access to all images, ready for use
  • Videography:
    • Professional videography service that ensures high-quality, memorable footage
    • Custom edited video featuring smooth transitions and your choice of music, capturing the highlights of your event
    • Receive all raw footage, easily downloadable with no fees or restrictions
  • Bartending:
    • Unlimited soft drinks are included; Coke products, water, coffee, and more
    • Cash bar for alcohol is included, featuring beer, wine, and mixed drinks (top shelf is available)
    • The bartender is included to serve the drinks, additional bartenders are included for larger events
  • Decorations:
    • The International Event Venue is well appointed, with chandeliers, columns, molding, and other decorations which create an elegant experience
    • Tables, chairs, centerpieces, linens, overlays, chair bows, decorative thrones, cake tables, cake stands, card boxes, backdrops for photos, and more are all included
    • Dozens of colors of linens are available to choose from
    • Over a dozen different centerpieces are available
    • Perimeter lighting in the color of your choice
  • Event Coordination:
    • The Event Manager is included and helps with the event coordination, communicating with your guests and our team to ensure your party flows smoothly
  • Additional Services Included & Info:
    • Use of Dressing Rooms up to 90 minutes prior to the event start time and through the end of the event
    • rehearsal is included prior to your event day, one hour for weddings and two hours for quinces
    • Additional guests may be added for $75 (minus your discount and plus tax) per guest up to one week before your event date
    • Open Bar for 3 Hours, guests may enjoy all they care to drink for that time including beer, wine, and mixed drinks, $35 per guest
    • Alcoholic Drink Vouchers, may be purchased by the Host in advance starting at $7.50 per voucher, the price decreases as you purchase more vouchers, guests may redeem them at the bar for a drink
