- Price per additional guest is $65.00 and includes a Chiavari Chair, Buffet, Place Setting & Non-Alcoholic Beverages.
- Photography may be added to this package with all digital photos available for down loading from web-site: Price $1499.00
- Videography may be added to this package and provides 4-6 hours of raw footage on a Flash drive: Price $1499.00
- Additional Event Hours may be added to this package. Price $1499.00 per hour.
- Upgrade from the above 1 Entrée Menu to the 2 Entrée Royal Menu for only $20.00 per guest! (Every Guest will then get both Entrees)
- Open Bar Option: You can offer an OPEN BAR for up to 3 hours at a cost of $35.00 per guest, 4 hours at a cost of 42.50 per guest, and 5 hours at a cost of $50.00 per guest. ALL guests of drinking age must be included in the final Open Bar Count. Open Bar includes top shelf brands.

Shared Bathrooms are a possibility during Holiday Parties when not booking the entire facility.
Christmas and Holiday Décor is NOT removable from the venue areas during the time it is on display during Late November – December of each year.
