We offer a special event package designed for “family only” events with up to 30 guests. This package is designed for Weddings & Receptions, Anniversaries, Birthdays, and rehearsal dinners. This economical package includes the facility, food, photos and Disc Jockey! Additional guests can be added up until 7 days prior to the event date.
Family Only Package $4999.00 Includes:
A private Four (4) hour long party held in the Tuscany Indoor Courtyard.
Up to 30Guests is included within this package. You can add additional guests at a cost of $40.00 each up to 100 Total.
A complete Buffet featuring one (1) entrée, two (2) side dishes, 2 Appetizers and a salad served on china.
Use of dressing rooms for up to 90 minutes prior to the four (4) hour time block.
Up to 3 – 60” diameter tables with seating for up to 30 guests including white table linen, Gold Chiavari Chairs and Centerpieces and Table Overlays.
Unlimited Soft Beverage Package served from a bar & including Soda, Powerade, Water & Coffee
Photography – One Photographer providing a minimum of 150+ photos which are downloadable from our website. NO Copyrights. All pictures may be reproduced and can be downloaded from our website for FREE.
Disc Jockey for the entire event to play the selections of your choice and operate the microphones is also included.
Family Only Packages may be booked on Saturdays from 12-4pm, Sundays 12-4pm & Non-Weekend Evenings (Tuesday- Thursday)
You can add an “Alcohol for Purchase” bar option for $300.00 and get 50 Alcohol Vouchers to give to your guests when offering Beer & Wine! Mixed drinks can be added to the selection for an additional $100.00.
Voucher is good for one free alcoholic drink. Includes Beer, Wine or Mixed Drinks. Additional Vouchers available. (No Discounts.)

Professional Flush Mounted Photo Albums – Album includes a pre-designed layout and is customized using the pictures of your choice. Priced as follows:
10” x 10” Album includes 30 pictures, one per page: $799.00
11” x 14” Album includes approx. 80-100 total photos on 30 pages: $1,999.00
Videography – Addition of one video technician for the duration of the event to provide up to three (3) hours of raw footage only available as a free download from our website Vimeo site. Price $699.00
Terms & Conditions: 50% Deposit is due upon booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to event date. A 10% discount is applicable when paying in full when booking. No other discounts apply, however you can do a payment plan with $500.00 down and the balance paid monthly up until 30 days prior to the event date with a credit card on file for the monthly payment. Final guest count is due seven (7) days prior to the event. Parties may be booked up to 365 days in advance and are not available on Holidays and peak weekends.

We offer over 10,000 square feet of event space on a private 3.5 acre property located near Tampa International Airport. Our Tuscany Ballroom can seat up to 400 guests at tables. We also have a indoor Courtyard for ceremonies and smaller parties.
